1. Who we are

Home Outfit ("we", "us") makes and sells custom window blinds from Puchong, Malaysia. You can reach us at general@homeoutfit.co.

2. Made-to-measure products

Every blind is made to the size and options you choose. You are responsible for measuring correctly and for checking your size, colour and options before you pay. Because products are made to order, they are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except as set out in our Return Policy.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and are calculated per square foot with a minimum billed area for each product. Prices and shipping costs do not include import duties, VAT, GST or other local taxes. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We do not store your card details. Your bank may charge foreign transaction or currency conversion fees.

Prices are shown in Malaysian ringgit (RM) and are calculated per square foot with a minimum billed area for each product. Delivery is a flat charge per order, set by the state you choose in the cart, as described in our Shipping Policy. Payment is taken securely by Stripe when you place your order. We do not store your card details.

4. Orders

An order is accepted when we send you a confirmation and begin production. We may cancel an order and refund you in full if an item cannot be made, if there is a pricing error, or if we cannot deliver to your address. Changes and cancellations are covered in the Return Policy.

5. Shipping, risk and customsDelivery and risk

We ship from Malaysia by tracked express courier as described in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates. Import duties, taxes and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. Risk of loss passes to you when the parcel is delivered to the address you gave us. If a parcel is damaged in transit, contact us within the period in our Return Policy and we will put it right.

6. Warranty

Our products carry the warranty described in the Return Policy. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country that cannot be excluded.

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Privacy

How we use your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The terms in force when you place an order are the ones that apply to that order.
