Returns Policy

Warranty Policy

All Home Outfit products come with a 2-year warranty.

The warranty covers manufacturing defects and functional issues with mechanisms.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Wear and tear from regular use
  • Misuse, mishandling, or accidental damage caused by the customer
  • Alterations or modifications not performed by Home Outfit

Extended warranty add-ons (1 or 2 additional years) are available on product pages and follow the same terms.

Returns & Refunds Policy

All products sold by Home Outfit are custom-made and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless the item is received in a defective condition.

In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged or defective, customers must notify Home Outfit within 52 days of receiving the order, with clear photos of the item and the packaging.

Upon verification, Home Outfit will repair or replace the product at no additional cost.

Because each blind is made to the exact size you enter, we cannot accept returns or refunds for a size that was entered or measured incorrectly. Please use our Measurement Guide and double-check your numbers before ordering.

Cancellation & Order Modification Policy

Customers may request changes or cancellations within 2 hours of placing the order.

After this period, production will have commenced. Any cancellation or modification beyond the 2-hour window will incur a US$25RM100 processing fee.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

All orders will be processed and shipped within 3 working days after order confirmation.

Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number to monitor the status of their delivery.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination. Home Outfit is not liable for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance. Import duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility. See our Shipping Policy for details.
